How Do You Ship My Order?

We ship using USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Home Delivery. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Do You Ship International?

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

Order Processing

Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).

Payment Options

Currently, we accept Merchandise Credits (with a pin number), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payment options PayPal and PayPal Credit. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted. When using a Diner's Club International or JCB card, select Discover as your payment type. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted.

What is the return policy?

An order can be returned for any reason, opened or unopened, within 60 days of purchase. Once we receive your item, a refund will be credited to your purchasing credit card. To return an item, use the pre-printed label provided with your order shipment and follow the instructions provided in the box.

Change a Wrong Shipping Address on an Order

If you moved and forgot to update your account, or you misspelt the address to send a gift to, don’t worry! You can change to the correct address for your order before it’s shipped.

Can I cancel an order?

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. Your credit card will not be charged if we are unable to fulfill and/or cancel your order for any reason. If we have to cancel your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
